1 What is LIME?
Less Is More Events (LIME) is a third-party ticket broker that provides tickets globally such as concerts, sports, shows, and plays.  LIME beats the prices of 95% of our competitors and tickets ordered by phone have No Service Fees!

2. How do I Place Orders for Tickets?
LIME allows our customers two options to place ticket orders, like most major ticket vendors.  Customers can use our website, www.getlimetickets.com to purchase tickets and check for upcoming events posted on the site, in any city around the world.  Customers can also call our office at 202-930-3335 during the business hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday, and someone will help you with finding the best seats, rows and sections.  We will also give you seat value ratings, explain obstructed and limited view seating, because this service will help you find the most comfortable seats to your chosen event.  Less Is More Events is a 3rd party broke.  Our tickets are authentic and sponsored by the TicketNetwork who may source with other brokers and venues to create inventory. 

3.How Do I Get My Tickets?

 Tickets are listed with delivery labels, the three common deliveries are Instant Download, E-Ticket, and Physical Ticket.

When your tickets are Instant Download, your ticket will be sent to your email as a .PDF file. The file will note if it is a Print-At-Home Ticket or if you can show the ticket on your mobile device

When your tickets are E-tickets, commonly referred to as the E-transfer ticket, LIME will transfer the tickets to you via email. LIME will send you an email stating “LIME has transferred tickets to Customer’s name. The email will ask you to create an account to accept the transfer, if it is your first transfer. Log into your account, view the tickets to ensure it is the seats and section you ordered, and accept the transfer. The tickets will download to your phone.

With traditional physical ticket, there is no file for backup incase its damaged or lost. These tickets are usually a resale ticket from another broker or season ticket holder. It may have to be shipped, which is an additional fee from the cost of the ticket. Standard shipping is $15 and need to be ordered 48 hours or more from date of event. Overnight or Same Day delivery is $25 and need to be ordered 24 hours before event. Will Call tickets can be an option 12 hour before the event and can only be picked up by person who purchased the tickets. LIME has 48 hours prior to any paid for event to deliver tickets.

4. Can I Get A Refund?

 Most events are planned. Some people buy early to secure the seats section and tickets they want. We understand that things in life happen, however all sales are final and unless the event has been canceled.

5. How Do I Pay for My Tickets?
Customers can pay for tickets on online at our website, www.getlimetickets.com or receive an email invoice for their order. If you call our office, 202-930-3533 for tickets, we will send you an invoice to your email address. Our invoices are processed by Square, which processes any credit or debit card, securely online.

6. What are the Perks of Buying Tickets from LIME?

 One of the goals of Less Is More Events is to assist our customers in finding financially amicable pricing to the events we offer. Sometimes things may prevent us from getting the seats you want at the current time, and then when you can afford to get the seats you want, they may be gone. Well, you don’t have to wait to you save every dime to pay for your tickets, we offer payment plans! Our staff will coordinate with you a payment plan. Yes, we will allow you to set your payment price and make payments on your chosen seats and events. Payment plans require a deposit of 20%, the deposit will secure the current price, seats, and section chosen.

Payments are to be made on the dates that you requested, we will send payment reminders via email. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event, if the order is not paid in full, the deposit will be forfeited to LIME. In case of forfeiture, all other money except the deposit will be refunded to customer. The tickets will go back for sale at a lower or higher resale price.
